Digital Art at VPC

Oxford Circus class learnt a new technique in their art enrichment session last week. Using a cause and effect app on their iPads they created some very striking digital prints. Students made a series of unique marks on their iPad screens and projected them live onto a big screen for the group to see.

The prints were framed and are now being displayed and sold in “Glazed All Over”, a local craft studio. Kerry at the studio said: The art is very colourful and many of our customers comment on how lovely it is.”

The artwork will also be exhibited at The Riverside Café in Carshalton and in a pop-up show in Hillingdon.

As a result of outstanding teaching, over time students make excellent progress and develop the knowledge and skills they need to achieve their goals.
