In partnership with DFN Project Search, at Orchard Hill College we are thrilled to share our latest supported internship program based in an Amazon delivery station warehouse in Croydon. RECRUITING FOR SEPTEMBER 2026!
This study programme is for young people aged 18–25 who have an Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan and want to move into paid employment with extra support.
Interns are based at the Amazon site five days a week, taking part in workplace rotations, learning through feedback, and building the skills and confidence needed for adulthood and employment.
Through their workplace experience, interns take part in tasks such as:
– logistics and warehouse operations
– packing and dispatch
– quality checking and problem solving
This hands-on training helps interns build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to progress into employment at Amazon or other workplaces in the future.
