Exploring Paris: fun, friendship and new skills

For the third consecutive year, a group of students had the fantastic opportunity to visit Paris. The trip gave our students the chance to explore new places, build lasting memories with friends, and develop their independence in a fun and supportive setting.

Over five days, students enjoyed a magical visit to Disneyland Paris, experiencing thrilling rides and soaking up the park’s enchanting atmosphere. They also spent time at Center Parcs, taking part in a variety of activities including swimming, bowling and visiting the farm. The students also enjoyed a shopping trip while in Paris.

Alongside the fun, the trip encouraged valuable life skills. Students took on new responsibilities such as preparing and cooking their own meals, as well as managing the washing up – helping to build independence and confidence.

We are really proud of our students and the way they conducted themselves on the trip while in a new place and developing new skills.
