Fun in the park

Wiktoria, Edi and Uzma from Wyvern House attended Fassnidge Park for a health and well-being session. They really enjoyed using the gym equipment for some upper body exercises.

Students worked together to lift the weight of a staff member by using their upper body strength, while the member of staff was sat on the seat. Students chose to turn it into an experiment to find out which staff member was the heaviest. The students worked together while laughing and making choices of who was to sit on the seat and whose turn it was to pull the bars down.

As a result of outstanding teaching, over time students make excellent progress and develop the knowledge and skills they need to achieve their goals.
