Mark is on a Customer Service Apprenticeship course with Orchard Hill College. Part of his role is working at reception and undertaking caretaker duties at Carew Academy. Mark has excelled in this role and is using his initiative to really impress both his teaching staff, and staff at Carew.
Today when Mark arrived at work, he noticed the firm alarm had a fault. He immediately used his knowledge of the panel to silence the buzzer. He then followed the process outlined to him to contact the Principal if there was an issue. Mark clearly communicated the issue so an engineer could be booked to resolve the issue.
