The Occupational Therapy team offer a range of specialist programmes that are designed to improve and develop the independent living skills of students. These skills and programmes are practiced in real life situations and settings within the college and local community. This gives students the confidence and skills they need to live as independently as possible after college.

Occupational Therapists regularly liaise with families, carers and other professionals during assessments. Occupational Therapists provide training to staff and families to ensure consistent approaches are used to enable students to maximise their full potential.
