Contract: Duration of 18 months Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship
You will be providing assistance and support to both the Assessment and Placement team with the assessment and enrolment process for learners applying to the College and the Student Services team with the arrangements and provision of support for current students attending College.
You will receive training and support to achieve your intermediate level apprenticeship in customer service. You must have Functional/key skills at Level 1 or above in English and maths or equivalent.
