Job Description
We are looking for a bright, diligent, creative and enthusiastic Head of carers and Employment Courses to manage a dedicated team that work across all of our college locations and the surrounding communities.
Within this role you will be responsible for the strategic and professional leadership of the service, ensuring that strategies are in place to deliver the best employment outcomes for our students. You will also support the ongoing development and the implementation of our work placement strategy so that the highest impact and best employment outcomes are achieved for our students. You will need to provide leadership, develop courses and allocate resources, in line with the College statement of intent and core principles.
You will work under the direction of the Assistant Principal at the College to lead the staff team in the provision of high quality education within the remit of the policies adopted by governors.

Person Specification
You will need Qualified Teacher Status in Lifelong Learning, outstanding experience of teaching students with learning disabilities, and proven successful management experience.
