Job Description

Job Coaches proactively support our students to develop job searching skills, to access work placements, to develop their English and math skills in the classroom, and ultimately, to progress into paid employment.

You will be required to actively support our students, who are looking for work to access work placements and progress into paid employment.

Person Specification

If you have experience of working effectively with students with SEND or barriers to learning and you have the drive and tenacity to establish networks with external stakeholders, we would love to hear from you.

Further Information

There are currently 6 sites in total for Orchard Hill College which provide both full and part-time courses to 16+ learners with severe/profound and multiple learning difficulties and/or disabilities. Our College centres are operating from Beaconsfield centre at New Malden, Carshalton, Wandsworth, Camberwell, Uxbridge and Sutton.
