It starts with the “why?”
Why do we work at Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust?
What makes working at OHC&AT uniquely rewarding is that we are a family of College centres and schools, fully representative of all designations of special education needs and disabilities and we are all passionately committed about putting the students and their individual outcomes at the heart of everything we do.
You will be joining a College with an Outstanding Ofsted rating, and a successful Therapy team that works in partnership with lecturers/teachers and support staff to support our learners in accessing all aspects of the curriculum, as well as liaising with parents/carers and other external professionals and agencies.
We are looking for Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists to join us, so whatever your current band we would be delighted to hear from you. As a family friendly employer we are happy to consider applications for part time working including term time, or job shares. You are welcome to speak to our HR Department for further information prior to application.
We can offer you:
• Line management and clinical supervision
• A programme of continuing professional development
• A supportive team
• Opportunities to develop skills and competencies in working with students with a range of ages and diagnoses within the academy trust

Applications from job seekers who require Tier 2 sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications. However, non-EEA candidates may not be appointed to a post if a suitably qualified, experienced and skilled EU/EEA candidate is available to take up the post as the employing body in these circumstances, would not satisfy the Resident Labour Market Test.
