Job Description

We’re looking for a personable, motivated professional to work closely on an exciting new Project Search with our interns. The role requires a motivated and passionate person who is able to build and maintain excellent links with potential employers, while upskilling students with special educational needs to learning to prepare them for paid employment.

We are looking for someone who can proactively support our interns to develop work skills within our host employers setting in Hillingdon and ultimately, to progress into paid employment.

You will be required to actively support progress into paid employment.

If you have experience of working effectively with young people with SEND or barriers to learning, and you have the drive and tenacity to establish networks with external stakeholders, we would love to hear from you.
