Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our friendly and committed team taking responsibility for our busy Reception area.  As a confident and calm communicator, you will be the first point of contact for all students, staff and visitors to the school. You will ensuring our students’ safety and security by verifying any visitors who are entering and leaving the building. You will operate the switchboard, dealing with calls and general enquiries and utilise your IT and organisational skills to complete administrative duties as directed. You must have excellent customer service skills and communication and interpersonal skills to deal politely and assertively in a number of situations.
