Person Specification
You should have experience of working, caring or voluntary work with people who have special needs, and the ability to support the work of our therapists. Experience of working within a team is essential. You should also be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, be able to confidently articulate with others and accurately exchange knowledge as well as maintaining a flexible approach to work.

Orchard Hill College is a non-residential National Specialist College for adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
