Kooth visits Camberwell Road College Centre
Our WorkStart students were delighted to welcome Kooth to the Southwark region recently. Kooth is a free online platform that provides emotional and mental health support for young people.
Our students took part in a thought-provoking session about managing mental health, learned how to access confidential online support, and even registered to join Kooth’s community, taking part in blogs, chats with practitioners, and wellbeing activities.
We’d like to thank the Kooth team for visiting and for the valuable work they do to promote positive mental health among young people.
