Motor Vehicle Vocational Course has started!

Students from Wyvern House in Hillingdon will soon be starting their vocational course in Motor Mechanics. At the end of term, students had a taster session to see where the course will be run and what kind of things they will be learning.

They will be working towards achieving an Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) accredited qualification. The course is running at West Drayton Young People’s Centre (WDYPC) and is being run by one of our Academy Schools, The Skills Hub.

Indy, Head of Centre said “This is a great opportunity for students to learn and gain accredited qualifications – we can’t wait to get started!”

Outcomes for learners are outstanding, teaching, learning and assessment are excellent and the extremely diverse programmes that meet learners’ individual needs, interests and aspirations, prepare them very well for life after College.
