Picture perfect gifts

VPC students kicked off the festive season with a stall at a Christmas craft fair held at Old Town Hall in Wallington. The fair was the perfect opportunity to pick up some gifts from local crafters selling handmade soaps, clothing, accessories and delicious cakes.

A group of our students created a collection of original paintings to sell at the fair, and it went down a storm, with one customer particularly taken by our students’ artistic styles. Moyna is an advanced practitioner in sensory integration and a Consultant Occupational Therapist, and she was blown away by our students’ skill and creative talent. She bought a number of paintings and has commissioned more for her studio. Moyna commented: “I love the colours and vibrancy that each piece brings”.

Our students were beaming with pride, with Kayleigh saying of her painting that was purchased: “Thank you so much. I love it and I’m so proud of myself!”
