Special visitors

VPC students and staff were delighted to welcome Sutton Police to the centre. The Police came to speak to the students about personal safety and what they are doing to combat hate crime against vulnerable people in our local community.

The students had a great time and enjoyed asking lots of questions and trying out the Police uniform.

Jenny Russell, Lecturer said “It was an amazing morning, the officers were friendly, approachable and could not do enough for our students. We will definitely be repeating this next academic year”

Thank you to Sutton Police for their visit and for sharing it on their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/SuttonPolice/

As a result of outstanding teaching, over time students make excellent progress and develop the knowledge and skills they need to achieve their goals.
