PAYROLL OFFICER (£26,724 - £30,708 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance )

Location: Quadrant House, Sutton, SM2 5AS Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year round

We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our dynamic and committed payroll team. You will provide a high quality payroll service for all OHC&AT employees, accurately inputting data into the Payroll system (Select Pay), liaising with HR colleagues, schools and departmental managers and calculating payments.

Location: Across all College centres Hours: 36 hours per week Monday to Friday, all year round

Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust (OHC&AT) is a family of schools and college centres that work together to enable pupils to achieve their maximum potential in their local communities.

You will be required to actively support our students who are looking for work to access work placements and progress into paid employment, providing them with job search skills, support within work placements and in the classroom in order to facilitate their achievement of identified goals. You will demonstrate innovative approaches to employer engagement through marketing and promotion in order to identify and secure potential opportunities, and co-ordinate with other Job Coaches to ensure that each student is provided with the appropriate levels of support.

Student EHCP Review Officer (£19,088 - £22,015 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance (FTE £22,377 to £25,809 per annum))

Orchard Hill College is a non-residential National Specialist College for adults with learning difficulties and disabilities and we have an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to join our team.

Working alongside the Assessments and Placements team, you will liaise with College staff, students, parents, carers, professionals, and visitors to lead on providing administrative support for the College in relation to student reviews, bursary and free school meals whilst maintaining the high standards for the College.

Location: 17 Beaconsfield Road, New Malden, KT3 3HY Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, All year round

Our Lecturers manage and direct teaching teams to ensure effective, learner-centred teaching that meets the needs of adults with special needs. This will involve consulting carers, therapists and personnel from Social Services, as well as internal colleagues. You will also work with the management team to further develop the College into a valuable resource centre for fellow professionals.

Tutor of Customer Service Apprenticeships (Lecturer scale £14,881 - £19,383 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, (FTE £29,762- £38,767 per annum))

Location: Quadrant House, Sutton, SM2 5AS however will be required to travel to College and Academy sites in London, Surrey and Sussex Hours: 18 hours per week, Term Time plus 4 working weeks

Based within the Training and Apprenticeships team, you will assist the management team in the development of Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust as a professional resource and deliver training opportunities internally and externally. You will work closely with the Head of Apprenticeships to deliver the apprenticeship programme. The College is an approved provider of apprenticeship training and has been offering apprenticeships in Healthcare Support, Supporting Teaching and Learning, and Customer Service from April 2018.

Orchard Hill College is a specialist college offering educational opportunities leading to great outcomes, for students over 16 years old with a range of special needs, and we have an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to join our team.

Based within the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with the Principal and will lead and manage the Heads of Centres and Work Placement Managers with a particular focus on ensuring high quality teaching and learning to benefit our students, training and upskilling the staff team.
