Student EHCP Review Officer (£19,088 - £22,015 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance (FTE £22,377 to £25,809 per annum))

Location: Uxbridge, UB8 2XN Hours: 36 hours per week, Term Time plus 1 week in non-Term Time

Orchard Hill College is a non-residential National Specialist College for adults with learning difficulties and disabilities and we have an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to join our team.

Working alongside the Assessments and Placements team, you will liaise with College staff, students, parents, carers, professionals, and visitors to lead on providing administrative support for the College in relation to student reviews, bursary and free school meals whilst maintaining the high standards for the College.

Speech and Language Therapists (Band 6: £30,357 - £42,010 per annum or Band 7: £40,679 - £48,515 per annum)

Location: Across College Hours: Full Time

We require Speech and Language Specialists (Band 7 and Band 6) to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team (including Physiotherapists, OT’s and Music Therapists). You will support our students and pupils in accessing all aspects of the curriculum, as well as liaising with parents and carers and other external professionals and agencies. You will work closely with the teaching staff, helping to integrate therapy and learning objectives, as well as instructing and supporting teaching staff in delivering therapy programmes/groups and use of specialised equipment. You will also deliver training to other staff. Band 6 Therapists will be responsible to and supported by the Band 7 equivalent Speech and Language Therapist as well as the Lead for Therapies.

Learning Support Assistant (£17,004 - £18,262 per annum including London Weighting Allowance (FTE £20,466 - £21,981 per annum))

Location: Carshalton SM5 2EJ Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistants to join our busy, vibrant College, where our committed workforce is dedicated to empowering and enabling students to achieve.

You will be required to provide support to the lecturing staff in providing educational activities for adults with special needs and assist with the provision of all educational activities.

Systems and Assets Accountant (£36,711 to £39,774 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance)

Location: Quadrant House, Sutton, SM2 5AS Hours: Full time, 36 hours per week, All year round

We are steadily extending the reach of our provision within our local communities from primary through secondary to further education, smoothing transitions and giving pupils and students the benefit of expertise generated from our collegiate approach to knowledge-sharing amongst our staff. All of this is underpinned by a suite of shared services whose expert staff work closely with students and staff in each school/College centre and with affiliates and commissioning organisations to improve educational and operational quality at every level to benefit our students.

You will work within the Finance Team to oversee the Finance systems within the organisation and to oversee the asset and inventory function.

Occupational Therapists (Band 6) (£30,357 - £42,010 pa – depending on experience, a maximum FTE salary will be considered)

Location: Cross College Hours: Will consider applications for part time working including term time, or job shares

Would consider applications from newly qualified Band 5 Occupational Therapists (£24,030 – £28,215 pa)

You will also deliver training to other staff.

Tutor of Customer Service Apprenticeships (Lecturer scale £15,178 - £19,771 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, (FTE £30,357 - £39,542 per annum))

Location: Quadrant House, Sutton, SM2 5AS however will be required to travel to College and Academy sites in London, Surrey and Sussex Hours: 18 hours per week, all year round

Based within the Training and Apprenticeships team, you will assist the management team in the development of Orchard Hill College and Academy Trust as a professional resource and deliver training opportunities internally and externally. You will work closely with the Head of Apprenticeships to deliver the apprenticeship programme. The College is an approved provider of apprenticeship training and has been offering apprenticeships in Healthcare Support, Supporting Teaching and Learning, and Customer Service from April 2018.

Location: Wandsworth, SW17 7DF and Camberwell Green, SE5 7AL Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, All year round

Our Lecturers manage and direct teaching teams to ensure effective, learner-centred teaching that meets the needs of adults with special needs. This will involve consulting carers, therapists and personnel from Social Services, as well as internal colleagues. You will also work with the management team to further develop the College into a valuable resource centre for fellow professionals.
