Band 6 or 7 College Nurse, Orchard Hill College – Sutton

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

We are looking for a dynamic, warm friendly experienced band 6 or Band 7 registered nurse (Adult or RN LD/RN Child) with a valid NMC pin. You will be working with young people with learning disabilities aged 16 – 25 years. Dealing with daily medication administration, planned care and emergency care across the site.

You will be part of the existing nursing team who work and liaise within the integrated services team that includes Nursing, S&LTs, OT’s, Physios, and Creative Arts therapists. Working alongside lecturers, teaching teams and leaders.

You will promote good health and wellbeing in all learners by contributing to the development and implementation of the College’s/Academies and Associates health care practice. You will be expected to provide a high-quality service to our learners to ensure that all individuals ‘can and do achieve’.
