Visit from Bobby Dean, MP
We were delighted to welcome Bobby Dean, the MP for Carshalton & Wallington, to our College centre in Wallington. Students and staff were pleased to meet Bobby and had the opportunity to show him around the College.
Bobby received a warm welcome from a student who used a switch device to greet him. Following this, two students took him on a tour, introducing him to their peers, showcasing the College facilities and sharing insights into their daily work and experiences. The students engaged in a discussion with Bobby around his role as an MP and expressing their interests in topics such as funding, housing, and football.
Bobby met with our Principal, Kelly Phillips, and Head of College for Sutton, Kerry Macey, to discuss future partnership opportunities. We look forward to welcoming him back to the College soon.
