About the role
We are looking for caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants who want to make a real difference every day. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships, support students’ confidence and well-being and help them develop independence in a safe, inclusive environment. No previous experience is needed, just empathy, energy and a genuine passion for supporting young adults to thrive.
